Free Plan

Our free plan is available at no cost and does not require any payment. There are no refunds applicable to the free plan as no charges are incurred.

Free plan users have access to basic vocabulary learning features with some limitations. You can upgrade to our Pro plan at any time to unlock additional features and remove usage restrictions.

Pro Plan Refunds

For Pro plan subscriptions, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.

This guarantee applies to:

  • New Pro plan subscriptions
  • Upgrades from free to Pro plans
  • Renewals of existing Pro subscriptions

The 30-day period begins from the date of your initial purchase or renewal. Refund requests must be submitted within this timeframe to be eligible.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your account email address and subscription details
  3. Provide a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
  4. Include any relevant feedback that could help us improve our service

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. In some cases, we may ask for additional information to process your refund request.

Please note that refund requests submitted outside of business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund according to the following timeline:

Processing Time:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • UPI refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-14 business days

Refund Method:

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Here's what you need to know about cancellations:

Immediate Cancellation:

You can cancel your subscription immediately through your account settings or by contacting our support team. However, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Access After Cancellation:

You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free plan with limited features.

No Partial Refunds:

No refunds will be provided for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-billing cycle, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of the paid period.

Billing and Payment Terms

Our billing practices are designed to be transparent and fair:

  • Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
  • Billing occurs automatically on the same date each billing cycle
  • You will receive email notifications before each billing cycle
  • Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of Pro features
  • We will attempt to process failed payments for up to 3 billing cycles

Exceptions and Limitations

Refunds may be denied in the following circumstances:
